Information you choose to provide

Our project inquiry forms request contact details and information about the work you want to improve. Our optional Business Evaluation lets you explore preliminary, rules-based suggestions in your browser without submitting contact information.

If you choose to request a human follow-up and confirm the contact consent checkbox, we receive the contact details and questionnaire answers you submit. Please do not include banking credentials, employee records, customer lists, confidential financial documents, or other sensitive information.

How we use the information

We use submissions to understand your request, prepare a preliminary assessment, communicate with you, and determine whether a suitable project exists. Submitting a business evaluation does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Preliminary findings and example calculations are not a verified financial audit or promised return.

We do not automatically contact other businesses about your inquiry or submit your business information to lending, advertising, or lead-generation platforms.

Some V73 marketing links are campaign-tagged to identify a source such as Facebook or LinkedIn. When you voluntarily send a submitted inquiry from a page with those tags, we include a limited, validated source and campaign label in the inquiry email. We do not install marketing cookies or store tracking identifiers in your browser to do this. We do not send the tags to advertising networks. If there are no valid tags, the marketing source is recorded as unattributed. These labels may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not prove what caused a sale.

Service providers and website operation

Our website is hosted by Vercel. When you voluntarily request a follow-up, our server sends your form submission through Resend, our email-delivery provider, to our business email account. Those providers and our email service may process or retain technical and message data needed to operate their services.

As is typical for hosted websites, technical records such as request times and IP addresses may be processed by hosting and security services. When enabled for the website, Vercel Web Analytics measures pageviews and aggregate traffic information such as popular pages, referring websites, general device types, and geographic regions without marketing cookies. A visit can be counted without a form submission. We do not transmit business evaluation answers, names, or email addresses as analytics events, or use ad retargeting pixels and lead-selling services in the Business Evaluation flow.

The separate optional AI-assistance feature is not needed to use the free evaluation. Any future AI review involving submitted information will require its own clearly described consent.

Storage, retention, and your choices

We retain business inquiries and related email correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage our business relationship, protect our systems, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. We do not promise that copies held by necessary service providers are immediately deleted.

You may ask us about the information you submitted, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or tell us to stop contacting you by emailing admin@v73technologies.com. We will honor requests to stop promotional follow-up.
